  What really helps to achieve what millions of people try to get ... FAT LOSS.
                                      The most important thing is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. Most of the time everything has to do with the excessive processing of food that makes unhealthy, and totally ruins your metabolism and hormonal balance of your body.

For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains (including sprouted grains are better, but usually recommend limiting grain for best results).

Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar in a nutritious food such as fruit? Why eat highly processed foods, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are the worst of the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organic meat , etc.

The point is not to fall into any tricks, like extremely low carbs (although I believe in a very low carbohydrate intake because it is a big problem for most people), low fat, high protein, or any other combination you prefer a macronutrient over another.

Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc.. Trying to spare a food group goes against what your body needs.
